We were happy to welcome coffee enthusiasts from all over the country to stories about coffee, roasting, and taste — people who became our friends.
A lively place, full of emotion, where every espresso poured over the metal counter brought people, ideas, and inspiration closer together.
The cafe
Time has passed, and the roastery has transformed. Production has moved to the back, and the front space has become a warm and welcoming café , where customers can live the full MABÓ experience — from the aroma of freshly roasted coffee to the moment they go home with a package of beans from their favorite “factory.”

Behind every cup of coffee are our people — the colleagues who package, serve, tell stories, and make sure everything moves around those who cross our threshold.
They are the ones who give energy to the place, who smile from behind the espresso machine, who already know what coffee you like or who recommend a new one to you, with the enthusiasm of someone discovering it for the first time.
Today, MABÓ Roastery remains the place where the beginning is most clearly felt: the energy, emotion and attention to detail that still define us today.
