Deborah's Farm

Hidden in the heart of the Panamanian mountains, at altitudes reaching 2,000 meters, Finca Deborah is more than a farm – it is a sanctuary for coffee. Surrounded by lush forests and a subtly varying climate, the farm benefits from a terroir that gives each batch its absolute uniqueness. Here, nature and science meet in a rare balance, transformed into art with each harvest.

Jamison Savage

Finca Deborah founder Jamison Savage is one of the pioneers of specialty coffee in Panama. His approach combines impeccable scientific precision with a rare artistic sensibility. He understood that exceptional coffee can only be achieved by respecting the cycles of nature and technological innovations alike: experimental processing, controlled fermentations and a deep respect for the soil and the local community. Through his vision, Jamison managed to take Panamanian Geisha to the world charts and transform it into a benchmark of refinement.

Geisha from Panama

Originally from Ethiopia, but established in the hills of Panama, Geisha is today synonymous with the ultimate elegance in coffee. Cultivated at Finca Deborah, this variety reaches a spectacular level of expressiveness: white flowers and lavender combine with ripe peaches, sweet citrus and exotic fruits, in an unparalleled aromatic balance. The Natural Afterglow process, unique to this farm, amplifies the natural sweetness and brings out the depth of flavor, offering an experience that is etched in the memory.

A coffee for rare moments

This Geisha is not just a coffee, but an invitation to discovery. It is a story about the passion of a man, the beauty of a farm and the magic of a variety that has conquered the world. In the cup, it all translates into a vibrant, complex and incredibly clean drink, with a long and bright aftertaste – a real “afterglow” that remains long after the last sip.

Tasting notes

In the cup, this Geisha from Finca Deborah offers you a memorable experience, opening with a fine, almost ethereal floral scent, reminiscent of lavender and white flowers. The aromas then flow towards fresh and juicy fruits – peach, apricot and ripe tangerine – balanced by sweet nuances of orange and black cherry. The natural sweetness, intense and clean, is intertwined with subtle accents of toffee and vanilla, giving a velvety and elegant structure to the drink. The finish is vibrant and persistent, with a surprising clarity and a long, bright aftertaste, which leaves the feeling of a delicate harmony between fruits, flowers and natural sweetness.

Experience in a cup

A superbly refined yet lively Geisha natural coffee: rich, vibrant, with a lingering sweetness and a distinctive elegance. The authentic Finca Deborah Afterglow process allows for the preservation of natural complexity and offers a clear expression of the terroir and variety.
