When you shop at MABÓ COFFEE, you enjoy confidence – the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased, you can return them to the MABÓ café where you placed your order and we will offer you an exchange, refund or replacement (as applicable) according to the instructions below.
You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
– Gift cards / vouchers
– Digital / downloadable products
For returns, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and verified, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you of the status of your refund, whether it is approved or denied (and the reasons for denial, if applicable). Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days of approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet, please check your bank account again first, it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
Sometimes banks require a longer processing time for refunds.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Only full-price items can be refunded, unfortunately, discounted or special-priced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If, for any reason, you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at orders@mabo.coffee. After contacting us, you can send the item to MABO Coffee Roasters, 31 Vulturilor Street, sect 3, Bucharest, Romania.
Delivery
To return the product, please send it to MABO Coffee Roasters, Vulturilor 31, sect 3, Bucharest, Romania.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your delivery address, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
