This Geisha from Don Pepe Estate is the clear expression of what made Panama famous in the world of specialty coffee. A coffee of rare elegance, built around delicate floral aromas, exotic fruits, and remarkable clarity in the cup. Each sip reveals new nuances, transforming the preparation into an experience worth savoring unhurriedly.

In the cup, you'll discover notes of rose, bergamot, berries, and guava, supported by a medium-to-high acidity, a medium body, and a high sweetness. The result is a refined coffee with remarkable clarity and a long, elegant, and fragrant aftertaste.

Don Pepe Estate is one of Panama's oldest and most respected coffee farms, founded in 1898 and currently managed by the Vásquez-Flores family, now in its fifth generation of producers. Situated on the slopes of the Barú volcano, in the Boquete region, the farm benefits from rich volcanic soils and altitudes up to 2,000 meters, ideal conditions for cultivating the Geisha variety.

The farm's philosophy is based on pure lots, with each variety being cultivated, harvested, and processed separately to highlight its unique character as faithfully as possible. This level of attention to detail, coupled with the experience gained over more than a century of coffee cultivation, has transformed Don Pepe into a recognized name on the international specialty coffee scene.

Washed processing amplifies the natural elegance of the Geisha variety, offering a clean and transparent cup where floral and citrus notes are well-defined, and aromatic complexity remains in the foreground. It is a processing style that emphasizes the precision and delicacy of this exceptional varietal.

Roasted by Bogdan in an Omni Light profile, this coffee is especially recommended for filter brewing, where it reveals its full aromatic complexity, but it can also offer a memorable experience as an espresso for those who appreciate elegant and expressive profiles.
