This exceptional coffee comes from the Volcán region, in the heart of the Chiriquí province, Panama – a territory renowned for its ideal terroir. Here, at altitudes of 1600–1800 m above sea level, lies Finca Franceschi , a farm that combines agricultural expertise with processing innovation. The rich volcanic soil, high altitude and stable microclimate create perfect conditions for growing some of the world’s most prized varieties, including Geisha.

Geisha

This coffee belongs to the Geiha variety, one of the most sought-after and appreciated in the world for its refinement and aromatic complexity. The beans have been processed using an Anaerobic Washed method, a process that involves fermenting the beans in a controlled, oxygen-free environment, followed by careful washing. The result is an extremely clean coffee, but with a complex layer of aromas, balance and depth — an elegant interpretation of an already iconic variety.
