Processing – Natural

For this batch, the cherries are left to ferment naturally, whole, under rigorous temperature and ventilation control. The natural processing amplifies the fruity sweetness and gives the coffee a velvety structure, with an intense aroma that is felt even from the grind.

Taste profile

In the cup, La Pacaya's Geisha presents itself with bright notes of tropical fruits , complemented by warm tones of rum and chocolate . The finish brings a discreet floral elegance. The body is medium , the acidity is medium , and the sweetness is high , offering a round and satisfying experience, ideal for clear brews, but also for delicate espressos.
