Mi Finquita is a microlot cultivated by Tessie and Ratibor Hartmann, part of a family renowned in Panama for their dedication to high altitude coffees. Their farm is located in a biodiversity-rich area, where the microclimate favors the elegant expression of the Geisha variety.

Processing – Washed

The beans are processed using the washed method, a style that highlights the clarity and finesse of the aroma. Controlled fermentation and careful washing bring out the natural profile of the coffee, offering a pure, bright and balanced cup.

Variety – Geisha

Geisha is one of the most appreciated coffee varieties in the world, renowned for its intense flowers, natural sweetness and aromatic complexity. The batches from Hartmann farms are known for their elegance and precise definition of notes.

Sensory profile

Mi Finquita opens with delicate jasmine aromas, complemented by soft peach notes. The taste brings green tea tones, medium acidity and a very light body. The sweetness is high, and the aftertaste remains clean, smooth and persistent — a bright and refined Geisha.
